A two-minute drill is all too familiar to any NFL player — and also to any game-day party host. Not sure what to put on the table when the game’s about to start and you’re running out of time? Nick Mangold may just have your perfect recipe. Whip out the Spicy Nacho Doritos (try not to eat them all while prepping), queso, salsa, and bean dip, and you have the makings of the perfect nacho bite.

Spicy One-Bite Doritos Nachos

Prep time*: 10 minutes

Cook time*: 5 minutes

Turn on the oven to broil.

Microwave in separate bowls the bean dip and Salsa Con Queso to warm them.

Lay out the chips on a cookie sheet. Spread the bean dip on each chip. Then add a small amount of the Salsa Con Queso to the chip. Next add the shredded lettuce, tomato, and black olives. Top with a dollop of the Habanero Salsa and splash of shredded cheese.

Place chips in oven and remove as soon as the cheese on top begins to melt. Remove from cookie tray and serve.

Serves 6-8.

*No need to make this in two minutes, unless you really want to channel Mangold’s win.
